It’s been 3 weeks since we’ve launched. We wanted to thank the many who supported us so far, and we also wanted to let you know that we have extended our free trial by another 14 days.

We’ve pushed 2 updates since launch, the latest being our chunkiest one yet, packed with minor tweaks, and 2 larger features. Here’s what we’ve shipped.

Random search prompts - To make the search-engine a little bit more intuitive and engaging from the get go we’ve added a random search prompt generator. Everytime you load the search page, children will receive 3 random search prompts, selected by team ursor for now, editable in the parents section soon.

Video gallery - To bring more attention and immediate access to the repository of great videos selected by our team, we’ve collected them all in their own section accessible from the menu dock inside the browser. The videos will be easily to access, side scrollable, and itemized by category.

Improved explore section - We’re bringing a much more focus experience for children inside of our explore section. We’ve grouped 6 of the most useful and engaging apps available on Ursor and made them accessible right at the top, so there’s less scrolling, and more exploring.

Building a browser for kids isn’t easy, but it’s definitely fun, and certainly worth the effort. We’re going to continuously push more improvements and features that will make your experience better, and we thank you all for the support so far!
